*We still offer most all classes with an online & recording option, meaning a second email will be sent to you with a class recording that is valid for 72 hrs.
*We have most all classes in studio (and outside ~during the warmer months). Also, almost all classes are still available live online and/or for a recording that lasts for 72hrs. In front of the class name on the mindbody online schedule, you will see listed in parenthesis (Online, Rec). If the class says (In Studio, Online, Rec), then it is also offered in studio at the studio location listed as well as live online or for a recording that lasts for 3 days. You can access our mindbody online schedule by clicking through from our website above, or in the side bar on this website, or you can download the mindbody connect app on your smart phone and search for JH - Teton - Idaho yoga co-op. The mindbody app will save your log in and make it easy for you to sign up online for class, in whatever fashion you would like to access or attend class :)

***Online Classes- Sign Up/Sign In for this class just as you normally would on our mindbody online schedule, or on the mindbody connect app on your smart phone, to show us you're attending, and we will email you a link to join our live streaming class. ***If you don’t appear live ~in studio, if a class is offered in studio~ or outside ~ or live online, then we will email you a second link to the recording approximately 10 min after class finishes up. Mission Statement:
The Co-op in all entities exists to provide a healthy, positive space to individuals and to our community. Our offerings are geared toward assisting individuals and our community in realizing our highest potential. We seek to be a holistic local, community non-profit providing an assortment of offerings at affordable rates, including donation-based offerings. We offer a quadruple bottom line model, meaning we focus on people, planet, place and profit/revenue to sustain us. We also employ a partial-cooperative, state-registered non-profit model and we seek to integrate within our communities, as well as allow those who offer services through us to provide and share their greatest passions in health and wellness and community services. We partner with other local non-profits, and non-profits around the globe to assist in spreading our mission far and wide, recognizing we are all interconnected, and that we are a part of this global community. We know that we are stronger together!

Our Teton Valley, ID studio is located at 170 N Main in Victor, ID. This studio shares a location with Balance Studio- second floor upstairs by Roots Hair Salon, above the liquor store, in the last large building on main street in Victor before heading out of town toward Driggs.
How to Sign Up, Which Pass to Purchase:
To offer the utmost support to the JH - Teton - Idaho Yoga Co-op, consider purchasing the yearly unlimited package under classes, or the auto pay monthly accessed under contracts, through the online schedule software linked above. As a local non-profit, we continue to lower our rates, and you can sign up for the auto-pay monthly unlimited for an incredibly low rate per month, the lowest we have seen in the country. See our facebook page or Instagram for details, promotion codes & specials. If you attend more more than two classes a month, it is cheaper to get an Autopay Monthly Unlimited Pass than to purchase three single classes, and if you attend more than four times a month it is also more affordable to purchase an Autopay Monthly Unlimited Pass than to utilize any of our punch passes. There is an Opening Monthly Special price for the unlimited class pass, which is a great way to try all of the variety of classes that are on offer, while there is also a two week unlimited pass trial. The Auto-Pay Monthly Unlimited Pass allows you to continuously enjoy an unlimited pass, with no need to renew or worry at all, it's even more affordable to do the Auto Pay monthly than to do a single or renew a single Monthly Unlimited Class pass. The Auto-Pay Unlimited Pass offers the fullest way to support the Idaho Yoga Co-op & the Idaho Teton Yoga Co-op; that is unless you're already ready to purchase a Yearly Unlimited Pass in advance for the year ~ if so, please do :)

***Make sure to sign up to receive our emails above. As soon as you sign up, you'll receive our co-op welcome email- the one that says here is all you need to know about the co-op! This is a great intro! It offers links to our online schedule (which you can access by clicking on online schedule/mindbody above), along with our Mindbody Connect App (to access our online schedule and your account any time on your smart phone), as well as our Facebook pages and Instagram.
*Students/Seniors, Military, and Teachers receive a 10% discount, on regular prices at studio on any class packages or unlimited packages. Partner organizations receive a 10% discount on all standard prices. (All discounts apply to all passes). Please see our prices, discounts, and partners page for more information.
*Parents can use their class packages to bring kid's under 16 to any co-op classes on our regular schedule.
*The Co-Op is open to work trade employees. If you have a specific trade to offer or are interested in taking classes for trade due to any limitations, please contact us for details. Currently, we have a full work trade staff, and yet we are always open to helping those interested in yoga, or any of our other offerings, participate in classes for an exchange. *We offer a corporate discount rate of 10% to companies who want to encourage their employees to live a healthier lifestyle. For information please call or email the studio, and an assistant or studio manager will contact you in response.
